Galleria firm is looking for a bilingual Case manager – This is a full-time on-site role. In this position you will be responsible for managing and coordinating client cases, communicating with clients, medical providers, and attorneys, conducting case assessments, and ensuring all case documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Skills needed to be succesful in this role:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of legal procedures and case management
- Experience in client relations and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
- At least (1) year previous work experience in a law firm or legal setting
