The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to launch and lead a new department. This role will be responsible for building the practice from the ground up, including case intake, strategy development, client communication, and negotiation of settlements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and the leadership skills to establish processes, mentor support staff, and drive the growth of the department.
