Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Printing plans
  • Managing Jobs from start to finish
  • Create and maintain Specification Books
  • Purchasing, expediting, and releasing material for the job
  • Problem solving between manufacture’s reps, customers, warehouse, and salesmen
  • Billing/draws
  • Scheduling shipments with our warehouse
  • Scheduling shipments with job site
  • Processing orders
  • Creating change orders
  • Communicating with the job site super and/or project manager
  • Organizing and maintaining the job books
  • Checking in returns

· The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds.
