Executive/Personal Assistant
Direct Hire; up to 110K + bonus
Central Houston

**Excellent tenure a MUST
**Professional image and presentation important 
**C-Suite support experience required 
**Immediate need 
**High end real estate experience HIGHLY preferred 

Duties:
 

  • Provide in-the-moment assistance in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and efficiency; coordinate and optimize high-performing CEO
  • Provide administrative and personal support for the CEO in any business and personal matters to include active calendar management, booking and managing travel, completing expense reports, personal meeting scheduling, personal and professional errands, and helping to organize workflow
  • Provide administrative support for the CIO and Capital Markets team in any business matters to include active calendar management, booking and managing travel, and completing expense reports
  • Make informed decisions regarding the CEO’s available time to prioritize requests
  • Manage and execute tasks related to home office and family-related items, including bill pay, expense reports, family travel scheduling, family party planning, organization, and coordination, vehicle maintenance coordination, gift purchasing, family vacation planning and coordination, and last-minute tasks arising for CEO and family

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5 to 15 years’ administrative / personal assistant support for a senior level executive
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and technology experience
  • Poise, professionalism, confidence, and impressive image combined with positive and enthusiastic demeanor and a passion for their niche
  • Maintain optimal confidentiality and discretion; trustworthy with excellent ethics  
  • Elegant and emphatic communication skills; deliver meaning and intent in writing, via phone, and in all communication; represent leadership team with pride and finesse
  • Problem-solver, puzzle-lover and see the glass half full/optimist; provide solutions with a proactive nature
  • Flexible, accommodating, organized, a calendar wizard, and support with large or small tasks; relationship creator and builder; act right hand business partner
