What you bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance or related discipline OR
equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 + years of work experience in real estate, marketing, finance, capital markets, or related industry.
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with the ability to communicate
analytical and marketing data effectively.
Bonus skills and experience
• Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
• Beginner proficiency with SmartSheet
What success looks like
• You have experience supporting proposal responses as related to the transaction management process.
