Front Desk Receptionist Needed ASAP

Lovely Memorial Herman Greater Heights area

Duties: 
 

  • Answer multi-line phone; taking messages as needed
  • Make and organize appointments
  • Verify insurance and co payments
  • Checkout patients
  • Sign for deliveries; sort mail
  • Various administrative duties
  • Order office supplies

Qualifications: 
 

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred 
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office a MUST; EPIC experience preferred
  • Warm, mature, professional demeanor a MUST!

Other Info: 
 

  • Hours Monday – Friday 8:15-5:30 with hour lunch; may leave before 5 on some Fridays.
  • Business professional dress; NO visible tattoos; classic and conservative
