Front Desk Receptionist
Busy Title Co Office
$18-20 hour
Poised, Polished and Professional
5 day contract assignment!
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Duties include:
- Greeting visitors and guests
- Directing clients to conference rooms for loan closings
- Routing phone calls efficiently
- Processing incoming mail and overnight priority documents
- Receive packages, and route them to the correct people in a timely manner
- Set up and tidy conference rooms for closings
- Help schedule meeting rooms and/or coordinating luncheons
- Provide administrative support for the office
Top Qualifications:
- Great attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to take direction from multiple individuals
- Ability to manage multi-line telephone systems
- Warm greeting to all who enter
- Willingness to straighten conference rooms; and prepare for next closing
- Willingness to restock beverage and snack areas
- Understand basic math
